Lastly Kris Criswell the Finance manager was terrific too ! He took time and did not rush me when I had questions or hesitated with mKing a decision. Both Kris and Mark took my phone call 2 and 3 days after purchase of my new HRV and encouraged me to come in again and they would go over all paperwork if needed. More

He made the usual experience in buying a vehicle so pleasant and easy, that we ended up purchasing an HRV as well from him when we came into meet with him on the Civic. How do you sell a car if you don't even know what features are in the car? Daniel was aware of the features and was able to clearly explain how they worked. We started the process planning to just gather information, but while we sat there the dealership really came to the table with a good price for the car.
