VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER, LIED TO BY DEALERSHIP!!! I talked with Ryan about a CRV EX i wanted to purchase for my daughter. I explained that I had a particular number $$$ i wanted to be at (out the door). He put me on the phone with Steven, i then explained what I was willing to pay to Steven. He first told me that the price I wanted to pay was not enough for the vehicle I wanted to purchase. I then told him that was fine, and I would purchase a SUV somewhere else. Steven then tells me he can do the price i suggested. I told him to not waste my time or his, my number $$$ was all i was willing to pay. he assured me he could do it and asked if i could be in the next day. I agreed and confirmed the price I wanted to pay and he said he could make it happen. I arrived at the dealership and the sales person (Ryan) was not there. I was then handed over to another sales person (Mark). I drove the vehicle and was happy with the vehicle. then we went in to do the normal sales pitch. Mark had his sales manager come over and after talking briefly with me, tells me he can't sell me the vehicle for what was told me over the phone by Steven. I think that Steven should be fired for lying to a previous customer who was prior to this happening very happy with this dealership. I had purchased my wife's car there in 2013. I will not be purchasing another vehicle there if this is how they treat their customers now..... Also, I have the conversation with Steven recorded on my phone. Far exceeded my expectations - zero pressure!! I was dreading the new car buying process, but Right Honda made the process so low stress. When I showed up the first time the Sales rep, Steve, just I was dreading the new car buying process, but Right Honda made the process so low stress. When I showed up the first time the Sales rep, Steve, just let me test drive the car I was looking to drive, then he answered all the questions I had, and while he did tell me the rough estimate for purchase price (after I asked) and trade in value, he never once asked me if I was interested in buying. It was so refreshing not to have a salesman pushing a vehicle! After I left my first in person experience, the fleet director, Gary, followed up with me via email and was able to provide specific information on the vehicle I was looking at. He broke everything down, so there would be no surprises when we showed up to purchase the vehicle. We just showed up to sign the preset papers, moved stuff from our old car, and were off the lot with new vehicle in less than an hour (and that includes the salesman showing off all the features of the new car)! It was also very refreshing that they didn't push any "add-on" warranties or vehicle coverage items. It was just come in, sign the paperwork we previously agreed upon, and drive away in your new car! I will never buy another Honda from any other dealership!! Best in the state, without question. More
