Hello Sir, I am sorry for the experience that you encounter. I have spoken to both Cory and JC and they made the mistake of not communicating the fact that it was the same vehicle that our Service Dept. checked out and made sure it was 100% before it was sold to you. If Cory would of been here, (it was his day off) I am sure that it would not have happen and the whole experience would of been different. We do focus on customer satisfaction and go beyond to make sure we get it done right. As far as the dashmat, it is here. The dashmats are specially done by a third party company and I do not know why it took so long to get it done. I will also authorize a full tank of gas for your vehicle as well as free oil change. Hello PJ, I appreciate your response, however I believe some of the comments you made are either based off of assumptions or misinformation from your sales person. Either way, I think that it needs to be cleaned up before it escalates even further. When test driving the vehicle and hearing the noises that came from under the vehicle, we were very specific in saying that we did not want that vehicle. That was the entire reason of taking a picture of the VIN before leaving. I was promised, along with my dad and step-mother, that Cory would have a different vehicle the next day. How else would I know that the one he got was from Chandler, and the one he told me he went and got that day was supposedly in Avondale? When I talked to Cory, he clearly sated "I went and got the other vehicle this morning, and it is waiting for you at the dealership. It does have a few more miles on it, but that is because the other dealership is a little further away." To me, that is not a misunderstanding due to Cory having the day off. Cory clearly knew that we were not interested in having the other vehicle. I understand that you are trying to help, and it may even be your job to go through and reply to these. My advise would be to have all of the facts before replying. I have asked for a sit down with Darrel, the GM next week. I am going to try this before escalating up to Honda Corporate. I hope that Darrel makes time to meet with me and my father. As a manager of a team myself, I understand that you want to have your employees back. And Cory was a nice guy. I just felt lied to. And again, someone was supposed to call me when the dash mat came in. I still have yet to receive a phone call. For a company, or a location, that prides itself on top notch customer service, I dont see it. I am a Customer Service Manager in my current role, and pride myself in top notch customer service. If I tell someone I am going to call them, I am going to call them. I am not going to notify them on a rebuttal for a poor survey. I hope you can understand how all of this has made me feel as a "valued" customer. Feel free to reach out to me. Hopefully your GM, Darrel, sets aside time to meet with me and my father next week.
