Very happy new owner This was my first experience purchasing a car. I went with my dad and we went to a few other car dealerships around this one. The others were helpful but Right Honda was defiantly a step above the rest. The salesman that worked with me was named Zach and he was more than eager to test drive multiple cars and explain everything to me. I left and ended up coming back the next day because of the experience I had and how much I fell in love with my new car :) More

My situation was made right I purchased a 2016 Civic from this dealership. It all started when my dad said he only wanted to do business with Right Honda since he and his wife ha I purchased a 2016 Civic from this dealership. It all started when my dad said he only wanted to do business with Right Honda since he and his wife have purchased 3 vehicles there in the past couple years. My dad contacted Cory who was our salesman, and Cory went to Chandler to pick up my car. When we test drove it the first day, it made a weird thumping noise, so we cut the test drive short, literally down 2 streets, and took it back to the dealership. Cory had said that he was going to get a different vehicle from Avondale Honda, but would not make that noise, and have it at the dealership the next day. I called Cory and he told me that he went and got the new vehicle, it was waiting at the dealership for me, but he couldn't make it and gave me the name of his "Uncle" JC to talk to. Before leaving the first day, after the test drive, we took a picture of the VIN to make sure that we were going to get a different car. So we got back to the dealership the next day, test drove the supposed new vehicle, and it didn't make any noise. While waiting for the finance person, we looked at the VIN of the "new" vehicle and IT WAS THE SAME CAR! Cory never got a new vehicle. We were lied to. The finance guy gave me a little money off of the vehicle purchase and it was what it was. I was told that they were going to throw in a dash mat as well. Before leaving the dealership JC had to "special order" the dash mat, which he supposedly did on the spot. So I called back a couple times, only leaving messages and a voice mail, but didn't get a return call at first. Finally JC called me back and told me that they needed to special order the dash mat, and apparently didn't. So that was a week ago. I am still waiting. I dont think I'll ever see it. I don't even want it. I just wanted to see if this dealership, who supposedly prides themselves on their customer service, actually came through. And I am not shocked that they didn't. I even reached out to their General Manager, Darrel D. with my experience, and received a response that it was "going to be taken care of" 9 days ago. Luckily I love the car I purchased. I will never do business with this dealership again for any future purchase, and will highly recommend to anyone I know not to either. Just another car dealership that will tell you what ever they need to tell you in order to get your money. The entire time they will beg you to give them all 10's on their survey, but they will not follow through with what they say they will do. UPDATE: Darrel made my situation right, and I appreciate him for going above and beyond. He was a very nice guy and genuinely showed he cared about my poor experience. Thank you, Darrel. I appreciate you taking time out of your day to help me. More

It was the Right Fit! Many dealerships are pushy, which to me is an immediate turn off. Sean "Mikey" Klein at Right Honda didn't make a difference when he approached me regarding my 2007 Honda CRV -- he WAS the difference. He is polite, helpful, knowledgeable, prompt and friendly. He has a non-intrusive attitude. I truly felt as if he had my best interests in mind when he orchestrated my purchase of a 2016 Honda Fit. (I absolutely LOVE IT!) The transaction was literally painless. After all was said and done, Sean Klein took the time to pair my smartphone and show me all the features of my new vehicle. I highly recommend asking for Sean "Mikey" Klein at Right Honda if you would like a pleasant car-buying experience. "Frenchie" his manager was also great. Josh, the finance guy, was very cool too. Since I haven't had experience of buying from a dealershi I recently bought a Honda Civic at Right Honda and it was nothing but a pleasant experience. Since I haven't had experience of buying from a dealership, I was apprehensive about the whole thing. But, as soon as we made contact with Sean, all my concerns were taken care of. He was extremely patient, knowledgable, not pushy, and really listened to what I wanted and made the entire process very enjoyable. We communicated mostly over the phone and he was super respectful of my time and was so knowledgable on all aspects. I felt very taken care of and confident in my choice. And added bonus, I love my new car! Sean went above and beyond throughout the entire process. I highly recommend him and know I will be back to purchase more when the time comes. More
