I called to schedule an appointment with Right Ho I purchased a used 2012 Nissan Rogue from Right Honda with the extended warranty, First Automotive. I called to schedule an appointment with Right Honda's service department, but they said that they couldn't service the vehicle because it's a Nissan. Fair enough, I took it to a Nissan dealership, then I was told that Right Honda's service manager has to release the work to the Nissan dealership. It was a runaround situation. I was feeling frustrated with the situation when I received voicemail, but the service manager, Andy Cyr called me back and took care of the warranty phone call promptly. More
