They don't do customer service like the old days - stay away I bought a 2018 Cadillac CT6 - top of the line car. Was told they would give me at least $8,000 for my Cadillac wagon which they said was a desirable I bought a 2018 Cadillac CT6 - top of the line car. Was told they would give me at least $8,000 for my Cadillac wagon which they said was a desirable care. When I took my car in they offered me $2,500 dollars. I should not have trusted them and made them give me a appraisal on my Wagon before I make the deal but I trusted them because I've purchased 4 cars from them and referred two of my siblings who bought two cars from them. But things have changed and they can no longer be trusted. If you buy from them, and hope you don't make sure you get everything in writing. I know this sounds so obvious but after buying cars from them for 20 years I thought I found a dealership I could trust. By the way - I sold me Cadillac Wagon to Car Max for $7,000. Good experience. First of all delighted with the New CT6. Ryan, Jesse and also Rob exceptionally helpful and friendly as well as knowledgeable about the car. Jesse came to the house to help walk me thru the car features which are numerous. Paperwork was complicated but worked thru. One negative: requested quote on extended warranty from director of finance and after being given booklet no quote sent after two requests. Perhaps he agrees with Consumer Reports that extended warranties not the best use of money. Have worked with Service department in past and both consultants and mechanics are very good. All in all a very good experience. More

They offer amenities for customers waiting on their cars such as WiFi, free snacks and free drinks (water and sods), and Cable Tv, plus the usual great magazines, all good things . More
