Vehicle went in for transmission issue, came back worse, told it was turbo charger, they replace it and under 24 hours later engine light came on, went back to them, told it was oil in inter cooler, charged told it was turbo charger, they replace it and under 24 hours later engine light came on, went back to them, told it was oil in inter cooler, charged me out of pocket. Got it back again, went about 30 miles and transmission over heating came on dash, pulled over, had it towed back once again, told it needed a new transmission cooler line, was charged out of pocket for tow and part and labor. Nite this vehicle is only 4 years old and has 45,000 miles on it. Every time it went in it came out with a new problem . Now a week later transmission is acting up once again. Will never go back to Rick Weaver again… horrible service and advisors. Felt the damaged vehicle so it had to come back . Total cost for me was $3000. To date. ……. And they still haven’t contacted me to date … even after there response to this review as they said they would…. No surprise More
