While the people are very accommodating at Rick Hill, they need to expand their service dept to accommodate their customers. I live 45 miles away and had to leave my vehicle overnight, then pick it up th they need to expand their service dept to accommodate their customers. I live 45 miles away and had to leave my vehicle overnight, then pick it up the next day. However it did have a recall that required fixing. Still, they won’t take an oil change appt any later than 2pm, and for working folks, that means dropping off 1 day and picking up the next. Thankfully they provide loaner vehicles! More
