Friendly and Prompt Service It was time for a scheduled maintenance on my vehicle and upon arrival at the service center I was immediately greeted by Jeff where he went to work It was time for a scheduled maintenance on my vehicle and upon arrival at the service center I was immediately greeted by Jeff where he went to work getting my paperwork etc in order so that my service could get underway. The work was done right and in a very timely manner so I was really pleased with that. With the dealership a few hundred I ran across Rick Hill Imports and Shannon Hubbard while searching the internet for a particularly equipped Macan. With the dealership a few hundred miles away, I couldn’t just drop in for a first-hand look. Shannon was absolutely awesome and very responsive to my multiple inquiries about the car. Ultimately, he made it practical and easy for me to buy the car without seeing it in person. When I flew in, he was waiting curbside for me and had the car prepped and ready to go. The paperwork drill was as painless as any I’ve ever had, and the car was everything I’d hoped for. AC Funk Our 2012 ML350 has a “slow” leak in AC unit that we have been dealing with for past three yrs. Fortunately, it only happens about once a yr that AC d Our 2012 ML350 has a “slow” leak in AC unit that we have been dealing with for past three yrs. Fortunately, it only happens about once a yr that AC does not blow cold air. We have taken it to 2 dealers in Tampa Bay, FL and this Kingsport location but all 3 service depart. have not been able to locate it. We have worked with Dean Hughes here in KP who has gone above and beyond to correct this AC glitch. He has contacted the MB factory and tried various solutions to correct the prob. to no avail. But thru it all, he has worked diligently and gave us no charges on 2 of 3 visits. We will continue to bring our SUV in for future service maintenance at Rick Hill MB! Thank you, Dean More

Quick Response and Service I lost the serpentine belt on my vehicle and called Rick Hill Imports. Jeff was able to get me in quickly and assess the requirements to fix it. They provided me with a reasonable cost in a timely matter. I was surprised to find out they didnt carry the belt in stock but they were able to overnight it and get the vehicle repaired the next day. The staff throughout the facility was hospitable at all times and offered refreshments including snacks and drinks. I honestly was worried about taking my BMW there because I had heard some bad reviews in the past. Now I wish I had been taking it there from the beginning. Excellent caring staff. More
