I was without a vehicle and my "borrowed" car would be leaving in 2 days. I had researched a variety of cars via internet. I had also visited every car dealership in the Atlanta area. I came to Sandy Springs Toyota to look at a car I had found on their website. The dealer apologetically informed me that the car had been loaned to someone. He then found out precisely what I was looking for in a car and my price range. He helped me find a car that got great gas mileage and one I could afford. He was very patient and answered all of my questions. He did not try to sway me toward one car over another. He found the best deal for my situation. I love my new Camry. I went to Sandy Springs Toyota after seeing a low published rate for a new Camry, but the car was not there :). However, Sharad Nana (sales) help me find the car I wanted and in the price I could aff published rate for a new Camry, but the car was not there :). He is a well mannered and pleasant guy who didn't rush me during test drive, in fact suggested I go few more miles on the freeway. He knew my budget and didn't apply any pressure to go for a higher priced car. Working with him and his associate Al was a pleasure. Both had the respect for the customer and didn't use any force tactics. Though I was initially disappointed not to find the car I went for, I left very satisfied with the car I wanted and within the price range.
