I have been working with Sandy Springs Toyota, and specifically David Ray, for the past several years. I always receive exceptional services. David is flexible in his schedule and always works with getting me out of the service bay quickly because he knows I wait on the repairs. Every time I go there is some coupon or other discount that David manages to find. I have his cell phone number and recently called him on a Friday night after hours to schedule a Saturday service for a used car I was buying from a private seller. David was not working Saturday but he arranged for the service for first thing Saturday morning and then checked up on me on his day off to make sure I was getting good service and was taken care of. This is exceptional service! I will recommend Sandy Springs Toyota and will continue to take my cars there for service. More

I have bought 6 Toyotas at the dealership for myself, my wife and children since 2000. Each time I have negotiated a fair price through the sales department. But Steve Deegan in the Service Department is who keeps me coming back both for service as well as for new car sales. He is wonderful to work with. He always explains what is going on; keeps me informed and acts as an advocat for me. I am very likely to keep on buying new cars there as long as I can rely on having access to Steve Deegan in the Service department. More

Well, I gave the rating I did because I came in for a regular maintenance check-up, and everything was taken care of. I didn't have to wait two hours, and there have been no problems with the car since regular maintenance check-up, and everything was taken care of.
