I made a visit to Sandy Springs Toyota on last Sunday. I wasn't sure about whom I should speak with concerning my issue. I saw an employee whom I later found out his name is Charlie Waters. He was very rude to me and stated that instead of me getting my vehicle repaired; which he called a piece of junk, I should purchase a new vehicle or offered to sell me his old chevrolet caprice. I think this is very unprofessional. I'm not sure what his title is, but I think Mr. Waters needs a class on customer service. More

I was looking for a relatively inexpensive used car. I don't normally expect much service given what I was looking for, but this dealer rolled out the red carpet for me. They followed up with me regularly during my car search with helpful advice and some very nice car suggestions. Everyone I talked to was polite and knowledgeable. I never felt pressured or that they were playing sales games with me. The whole thing makes me want to buy a Toyota for my next car just so I can repay the favor.
