Fritz was very patient and understanding. Positive and offered competitor's price from other Toyota dealers. The service department missed checking the tire pressure and the hub cap for the driver's side offered competitor's price from other Toyota dealers. The service department missed checking the tire pressure and the hub cap for the driver's side back tire was cracked. Fritz helped correct the issues. Overall, Fritz is excellent regardless of the issues with the service department's lack of attention to details. More

After finding the the car that I wanted online I called Sandy Springs Toyota, the receptionist put me through to Fritz Ngwenya, from the beginning to the end he was very kind and professional. After my review of the report, we setup a time a few days later to test drive the car. By the time I got to the dealership Fritz had the car ready to test drive; after the test drive he made my son and I feel comfortable and with assistance from his sales manager and the finace manager we were able to agree on the terms. Of all of the phone calls, brochures, etc. that I received, Glenda White's sales approach peaked my interest. She sent me a beautifully handwritten personal invitation to come in to see her. I was very impressed with the originality, her 'personal touch' and the friendly persuasion that she used to entice me to purchase or lease. I had been without a car for about a year and I was dealing with credit issues from a bad relationship. I have been living in Metro Atlanta for 6 years now and there are some sales reps and dealers who don't deliver what they promise but I met with Mr. Buraleh 2 times this month (October 2010) and I was able to get what I was looking for in a car with decent payments. I am very impressed with him as a sales representative and I have used Sandy Springs Toyota in the past to maintain my previous vehicle so I have overall good impressions with this dealership. Took my 2010 Ford that I bought from Frank Jackson Ford in Sandy Springs to Roswell Toyota. Frank Jackson service department stated Sandy Springs Toyota is owned by the same individual. I took my Ford to S in Sandy Springs to Roswell Toyota. Frank Jackson service department stated Sandy Springs Toyota is owned by the same individual. I took my Ford to Sandy Springs Toyota for some repair work to the left rear panel. The Ford is two colors White and Gold. They did the overall repair work good, but the left rear fender flare is gold. The fender flare was painted the right color of gold, but the plastic plugs that hold the fender flare did not match. I asked Richard if he could order four new plugs and have them painted, and this time paint them more then once. He told me to bring the truck back to them so he could see it. I did this 6 weeks ago, six weeks ago he said he would order the plugs and get them painted. I am still waiting. I have left three messages and have only had Richard call me once. I am now going on 7 weeks and still the problem is not recified. I have already paid them. More
