Friendly without being chummy, and committed to doing whatever they could to make the experience pleasant. During the sales process, if I had a question that Harrison did not know the answer to, he found the answer for me within minutes. When the finance team ran across a roadblock in the process, they found a way around it before I even knew there was a roadblock. When the car needed service for an issue that developed the first week, the service team took care of it immediately, without questions, and provided a free loaner for the day the car was in the shop. And two months later, I am stil raving about the Prius I bought, about Harrison Wiggins, and about Sandy Springs Toyota. I will definitely return next time I need a car, and recommend them to everyone. More

Harrison found me wandering around while my Highlander was being serviced. (Dan in Service is great too!) He offered to help me and, when I told him I wanted to test drive a Prius, he quickly brought on was being serviced. (Dan in Service is great too!) He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered questions that I didn't even know to ask about. He was very calm which I appreciated because I generally get a little nervous when I am test driving a brand new car. He was helpful with out being pushy (that would have turned me off immediately) and has done nice follow up since my visit.
