They actually contacted me about a car they had for sale. After several phone calls I decided to go take a look at the car. They told me to come out. It was a 45 minute drive one way. So I called and asked them for a final drive out price. The sales manager called me back and told me the price and I was ready to come look and buy the car. I called them to tell them I'm on the way. 10 minutes away from the dealership, they told me yeah I have the car ready. I got there and did not see the car. I waited 10 minutes before the salesperson (Fritz) came out. He said the car is not there but he will try to find it. 10 minutes later Fritz and the sales manager came to talk to me. The sales manager told me that the lot manager took the car. They said come back tomorrow. So I took all this time and gas money to drive out there. I even talked to them before I came. They even gave me an offer sale price on the car 30 minutes before I came. And they don't have the car to show? I believe the car had problems and was not as advertised so they couldn't show it to me. STAY AWAY from this place. Dishonesty doesn't even begin to describe them! More

Being frustrated with a Ford Dealer and lack of reviews on Dealer Auto Service departments, I thought I would write a favorable review on Sandy Springs Toyota - even though it has been 6 years since I've o on Dealer Auto Service departments, I thought I would write a favorable review on Sandy Springs Toyota - even though it has been 6 years since I've owned a Toyota. I had moved to Sandy Springs 8 years ago and owned a Sequoia. I almost immediately began taking it to Sandy Springs for service. I was always satisfied. I felt they were fair and trustworthy. There may have been an occasion where they tried to 'upsale' me a service I didn't need, but it was not a hard sell - and generally, I don't recall that as being a big negative. The car was usually ready when promised. I would prefer to have a 'loaner' available - even if I have to pay for it, but, usually they would offer to drop me somewhere while the work was being done if it was going to be much more than an hour. I was pleased with the service and the general maintenance of my vehicle. If I were to buy another Toyota, I would not hesitate to have it serviced at Sandy Springs Toyota. More
We have spent a lot of time trying to find a minivan that would meet our requirements and almost lost our hope. Finally we talked to Fritz who offered us a new Sienna with affordable price. Fritz was super friendly on the phone as we had to travel to Roswell, GA from Alabama (1 hr 45 min). We were interested in a Toyota 4runner which had good mileage and at a reasonable price. We did not have the best experience with the numbers or the finance director (as he needed a personality upgrade); We have excellent credit and it was very inconvenient to wait 4 hours to find out even what the monthly payments would be. Fritz went out of his way to make all efforts in providing the best customer service in which I think he overall did a good job. More
Don't go by the quoted price over the phone if someone else comes in with more money you are not getting the car. I guess there is no loyalty just greed. They have an excellent service. All my negotation on price was made over the phone. I hardly spent 60 to 90 minutes for test drive, inspection, paper work, and drove it home in new car. More
