Talk about no hassle - car price was settled over the phone in five minutes - and the price was excellent. The price was so low I expected add ons, games, tricks, etc - but none of this happened. These folks are world class - I worked with Fritz, Sales Manager Randy Hicks and Finance Manager Paul Mitchell - I only wish I had need for another Toyota because Sandy Springs deserves my business. In the future even if their price is no better than a local dealership I will still deal with Sandy Springs because I know they operate with honestly and integrity - a rarity in the car business. Working with Fritz and his sales manager was a really easy process. They had a non-aggressive approach but were determined to get me into the exact car I wanted for the price I wanted. Everthing he told me he would do--he did; and even more. I was'nt expecting free oil changes and tire rotations for 2 years. Now , I do attribute that to the ownership. I went to see a Camry, but wasn't planning on buying that night. Fritz was my sales person. He was very friendly, professional, and treated me with respect. Received pricing from 5 area toyota dealers before going into the dealership. Test drove 2 vehicles and then started negotiating. AT first we were a little upset with Fritz because we were discussing number during the week we were going to buy the 2011 4 Runner, but they changed when we got to the finance person so we left.
