We bought our new Toyota Sienna yesterday from Ren Casimir at Sandy Springs Toyota. We came prepared to buy a 2012 and discovered they had none left at least at our trim level: guess we procrastinate Casimir at Sandy Springs Toyota. No problem, Ren said they could make us a good deal on a 2013, and they did. This was the best car-buying experience I've ever had. Zero pressure. Ren was so friendly and helpful, pleasant to work with, and most importantly as I said never made us feel pressured to make a decision one way or the other. After spending weeks looking at the prices of countless Siennas new and used, we walked away knowing we got a great deal with great competitive financing. People buying the Siennna already probably know what they want and that they are getting a reliable car, but I feel good knowing that we got the right car for the right price. No nagging feelings that we could have done better. I expect to keep this minivan til my newborn is in high school -- who knows -- so I don't expect to be back at the dealership anytime soon, but I'd recommend anyone in the market for a new Toyota go to Ren at Sandy Springs. More
This was probably the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car. Ren was exceptional. The detailed explanation of pricing and honesty was a pleasant surprise. Paul was also very professional in the finance area not pressure or condecending speech. Answered all my questions patiently like Ren. Thank you for your ethics and professional atmosphere. I have taken my wifes car to Sandy Springs Toyota for years. My last few visits were with the assistant service manager Justin Flugman. I recently stopped by and learned Justin was no longer there. I was sad to hear that because he was by far the most professional customer service advisor I have encountered in many years of having our car serviced. I got to the dealer late on a Monday evening. Shortly before closing time. I was greeted very nicely by FRITZ. He was able to quickly retrieve the vehicle I was interested in, without hesitation. The negotiation went smoothly and the finance went well, too. Even though the sales department had closed for the night, FRITZ and his team were willingly able to accomodate my needs and even had the vehicle detailed the same night! I was afraid I'd have to return the next day but luckily I avoided that step. I did have to return the following day to turn in my spare key and title to my trade-in. And also to pick up a document and MARIA was well prepared by having the document ready for easy pick up and I wasted no time whatsoever at the dealer. MARIA had informed me of the vehicle earlier that day. She was nice enough to send me pictures of the vehicle to make sure it was the one I was searching for. She professionally informed me of it's availability and the dealer's hours so that I could stop by to view it. I was to have seen her in person but she left for the evening when I arrived. I wasn't able to get to the dealer any sooner. So FRITZ helped me at that point. It was an excellent experience overall. My previous experience with this dealer had gone well which is why I had decided to return without hesitation. It was virtually a haggle free experience and I was in and out of the dealer with a new vehicle in a short amount of time. I was very much pleased. Both MARIA AND FRITZ have also been kind and professional enough to follow up with me via courtesy calls after I took delivery. I was very impressed with their follow up procedure to insure all my questions were answered and I was 100% satisfied with the outcome. I really thank them for this. More

I would stay far far away from this dealer. I was planning to buy a new SUV and the dealer web site I saw some good pricing on new RAV4. Before going there I made a call to the dealership and they told me that they have inventory for the internet special. But when I went there, they are telling me that they are sold out of the specials. I dont think this happened in between the one hour I made the call and reached there :-) And the real problem started when I told them that I want to test ride a Honda CRV before finalizing with the RAV4. The sales man left me unattended for a long time. Then he came with his manager and started pressurizing me. They were asking me like, if they give me $xxxx discount will I sign the deal. When I said yes, they told me that they are not going to give $xxxx off. They were just testing whether I was a potential buyer or not. What the heck? Then they came up with a different amount and pressurizing me further to sign the deal. They were doing all sort of things to avoid me going to test ride the CRV. And finally when I told them that I will be making a deal only after seeing CRV, they started talking really bad. He was telling like his 4 hours is lost because of me and sorts of things like that. Overall I felt very bad about sandyspring Toyota and I will never recommend this dealer. More

Sandy Springs Toyota and Fritz Ngwenya were extremely friendly and helpful in guiding me to make a new truck purchase. I knew exactly what I wanted in a truck and they didn't waste any time showing me t friendly and helpful in guiding me to make a new truck purchase. With my Truck purchase I requested running boards and they were kind enough to hold my car in storage and install the running boards while I was out of the country for a week. I have asked several questions of Fritz since purchasing the vehicle via voice mail, email, and telephone. All of my questions were answered promptly and thoroughly. I would highly recommend that people do business with Fritz and Sandy Springs Toyota and I plan to make future purchases there. More
