Me and my family were here a few days ago looking for a new car and we found the perfect fit in no time! Andrea Pereyra worked with us the whole entire time and was extremely patient, caring and did everyt new car and we found the perfect fit in no time! Andrea Pereyra worked with us the whole entire time and was extremely patient, caring and did everything in her power to find my family the perfect car. I am extremely satisfied with her and Toyota Sandy Springs. It was so nice working with a woman who seemed to have experience and I could relate to personally, I have never had such a good experience at a car dealership before! The prices were wonderful and every one there was a pleasure to work with, I highly recommend Andrea Pereyra at Toyota Sandy Springs Dealership and I will be telling all my friends and family about her! My husband & I visited Sandy Springs Toyota to look at some SUV's we saw listed online. On arrival, we were greeted by a friendly, helpful salesman. Unfortunately, many of the SUV's listed on the web at some SUV's we saw listed online. On arrival, we were greeted by a friendly, helpful salesman. Unfortunately, many of the SUV's listed on the website were not at the dealership. My biggest problem with this dealership began during the negotiation process. My husband and I made an offer on a vehicle. The salesman left and returned with his manager. The sales manager was BEYOND rude. He was insulting, degrading, and condescending from the moment he sat down. Simple negotiation tactics include an offer and a counter-offer. However, the sales manager didn’t provide a counter-offer. He instead lectured us on what he perceived to be an inappropriate offer. The sales manager unnecessarily told us Clark Howard bought his cars from them due to their "great deals". He clearly assumed we weren’t intelligent enough to realize dealerships would offer fair prices to a nationally syndicated consumer reporter. Clark Howard had nothing to do with our car-buying process. We came to buy a car, not to be bullied into paying too much. Since our money is obviously not good at Sandy Springs Toyota, my husband and I will very gladly take it to any dealership that will respect our intelligence. More

After initial inspection Mr. Denial (service Manager) told me break pad need to change. and it will cost around $300. I asked after break pad change will noise go away . he said yes sir 100%. I have been going to this dealership for all my Toyota services since almost 2 years and after each service I had grown suspicious about the tire rotation not being done. This service is part of the prepa services since almost 2 years and after each service I had grown suspicious about the tire rotation not being done. This service is part of the prepaid maintenance list, it is also listed in the service list and the invoice that the dealership creates and also appears as ticked in the inspection paper received after the service. But as I said I was growing suspicious that the dealership is not doing it, I decided to number my tires before going in for the service. After the car came back from service, my suspicion was confirmed as the numbers on the tires were exactly the same as were before the car went in. The dealer did not rotate the tires although it was mentioned and charged for!! Now I am pretty sure that each and every time I went in for service, the tires were not rotated though the charge was collected. I believe this is called Cheating?? I did not expect this from a big dealer and leave the - from TOYOTA as it is a TOYOTA dealership. This is just one instance where I was able to catch and am not sure what different kind of such things are going on to earn money for unperformed tasks!! Definitely not returning back to this dealership and still doubtful if I should even go to any TOYOTA dealership in future?? More

I would not recommend doing business with Sandy Springs Toyota. I live over 2 hours away and agreed to purchase a truck on the phone. They collected my debt card # for a deposit on the truck. The salesman Toyota. I live over 2 hours away and agreed to purchase a truck on the phone. They collected my debt card # for a deposit on the truck. The salesman contacted me first thing the next morning & supplied a purchase order with all required information for the credit union. He also talked to my credit union multiple times. I arranged to pick the vehicle up that same day. The credit union processed my loan (I started paying interest on the loan then), I acquired insurance on the vehicle which I also started paying on. The salesman contacted me & stated the GM had drove the vehicle home and was off the next day. I continued trying to get in touch with the sales manager (Moses) that had sold me the truck for 3 days. After numerous calls, I finally got to speak to someone after 3 days of paying on a loan and insurance on a truck that I did not have only to find out THEY HAD SOLD THE TRUCK OUT FROM UNDER ME!!!!!!!! Needless To say I was not happy. I was out money for a truck they had promised me numerous times was mine and would not be sold from under me. They were not willing to rectify the situation with a vehicle near the same criteria or better without trying to up sell me into a higher priced vehicle. I would not take a vehicle there to get the windshield cleaned after the customer service I experienced. I have been in the business world for many years & lying to a customer and deceiving them is definitely not good business. Please take extreme caution before doing business with Sandy Springs Toyota! If I could leave negative stars I would! More
Not a great experience, mainly due to them starting off on the wrong foot. Right away, there was zero enthusiasm from the guys just standing around on the lot outside, staring off into space. I thought th on the wrong foot. Right away, there was zero enthusiasm from the guys just standing around on the lot outside, staring off into space. I thought they were just other customers at first. Nope, wrong. They were the actual salespeople. I asked if someone could assist me, and the manager not-so-eagerly walked out of the group. He had plenty of sarcasm to add as well to basic questions. Nobody has time for that. After more of the same general bad attitude by the other salespeople, I decided to leave. This just wasn't a place to do business with. More
I went to buy a 2007 Jeep Commander that I fell in love with on their website. Everything seemed pretty great until I took it home. I have not had my car no even two weeks yet and the engine has died on me with on their website. Everything seemed pretty great until I took it home. I have not had my car no even two weeks yet and the engine has died on me over five times. I took it to my local Jeep to see what was wrong and they told me I need a new throttle position sensor! I called the dealership and spoke to the Services Manager David and he went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was taken care of. They even paid for all the repairs. I am just glad that they make sure the customer is happy no matter the circumstance. I would recommend them to a friend. :) More

I (with a friend) went to Sandy Springs Toyota, Georgia on Friday 12/16/2012 to look at a new Camry LE Silver. I have a signed contract for them to give us the Toyota Camry LE Silver VIN# 4T1BF1FK5cu636914 on Friday 12/16/2012 to look at a new Camry LE Silver. I have a signed contract for them to give us the Toyota Camry LE Silver VIN# 4T1BF1FK5cu636914 for $21,250 including 0 % financing for which we filled out a Credit Application. I even wrote out a check for $5000 as down payment on the deal. The dealership didn’t have the car so they asked us to come back on Wednesday (12/19/12) morning. I had already told everybody I was going to pick up the car, and I was totally excited. I showed up at the dealership and we see a car with 200+ Miles on it, a license tag from a dealership in Augusta, SC, grass on the carpet, coffee stains next to the cup holder, and stains on the driver seat. I test drove the car that I had already apparently purchased and was ready to go into finalizing the paperwork when the Sales Agent (Obinna) comes and tells us that he wants another $1000 to honor the original commitment. I tried to negotiate (AGAIN DESPITE A SIGNED AGREEMENT) with them agreeing to pay another $1000 only if they installed a back-up camera + other accessories which I need due to ongoing health issues with my spine. A very rude and obnoxious manager came up to me and with a raised voice told us why he can’t honor the deal telling us that he didn’t personally sign the contract (basically indicating that since he didn’t sign, he couldn’t be accountable for the contract). Finally as the discussion escalated with the rude manager we had to take our check and be forced out of the dealership. The complaint I have is regarding Sandy Springs Toyota refusing to honor a contract made in front of two witnesses and Obinna. We all agreed on the deal construct and Sandy Springs Toyota refused to honor it. The principle of the matter is that after a contract they wanted to sneak in another $1000 because I may seem harmless due to my physical disability; this is what I am most upset about other than the fact that I didn’t get a car. Obi is a good guy and knew what the rude manager was trying to do and avoided eye contact when the manager came out. More
