I want to express my gratitude to Sandy Spring Toyota service department, with a special thanks to "my" service manager Daniel Pistillo, for their outstanding service that I have experience over the las service department, with a special thanks to "my" service manager Daniel Pistillo, for their outstanding service that I have experience over the last seven years. I can honestly say that I have never had a bad experience at Sandy Springs Toyota, and I have to give Daniel most of the credit for that, Daniel has always taken care of my needs and concerns in a professional manner from the time that I drop off my car until the job is complete. It hasn't happen to often, but when I did experience a problem with my Corolla and Siena, Daniel and his team of technicians were quick to diagnose and fix the problem at a reasonable cost. When both cars developed a squeaking noise with their engine ( the Corolla's squeak was intermittent), Daniel and his lead technician, Kyle, exemplified extraordinary leadership and technical skills to isolate the squeaky noise maker. The squeaky noises were fix the first time, so there were no return trips. That made me very happy. Daniel and Kyle certainly deserve the recognized for their outstanding work. I can say this with great confidence: Daniel and his team is why I service my cars at Sandy Springs Toyota. More

The only thing I did not do was not taking the car as I had to drive my own car that day.. They said that the car would be put under sold in the website and moved to garage right away.. I had applied for finance the same day and got the cheque from the bankers two days later.. In those two days I was in constant touch with them as I wanted a rear view camera in my car... After two days I went with the cheque and I got the shock of my life.. They told that the car has been sold to a woman the previous day by some other sales person... They told there was a communication problem and they could not help it out... They even did not offer me other cars... The sales person there are very rude and even after they did the mistake they were like 'It happens'.. Worst worst experience I ever had.. More
AJ and Shannon are the reason why I purchased my car at Sandy Springs Toyota. Not only are they VERY personable and have pleasant personalities, but their approach is CONSULTING rather than SALE. They both listened well and advised me and at no point did I feel pressured. I had to come back several times and asked plenty of questions, and I have to say they both were there for me. Highly recommend this place! Now I'm happy with the follow-up, too. For example, AJ stays in-touch and checks periodically upon how well I got used to my new car. Very helpful and very unique! I would never imagine buying a car from another dealership! Thank you, AJ and Shannon! More
Just purchased my 3rd vehicle from Sandy Springs Toyota; John in service is excellent and he suggested Gene Odom would provide the same level of excellence; he was accurate; it's obvious the Jackson Family John in service is excellent and he suggested Gene Odom would provide the same level of excellence; he was accurate; it's obvious the Jackson Family cares about their reputation as evidenced by the personnel they employ. I I wasn't in the market for a new vehicle, however... Lost my Toyota Tundra in recent accident, while compiling data for insurance purposes with the service dept and John, he quickly assessed I was disappointed with my loss and having to deal with rehab regarding issues from the accident... John told me when I was ready to replace it Gene would take care of me with no stress. Gene represented the family atmosphere with a genuine pleasing manner, I wasn't comfortable getting behind the wheel still recovering from the accident but I felt the need to get things lined up in advance of completing treatment. I had Gene finish up the balance of communication and the details with my wife. We were impressed with how convenient Gene made everything happen. I can appreciate the "car salesman" stereotypes that we all know... If you want to avoid them you can do it by working with Sandy Springs Toyota. More
I gave a deposit to hold a new 2013 car at an agreed upon price for 5 days until I got to Atlanta and they sent me emails with the agreed price, trade and drive out the door price for which we were paying ca price for 5 days until I got to Atlanta and they sent me emails with the agreed price, trade and drive out the door price for which we were paying cash. The sales person told me that they had the car in stock and they were going to drive it around back as soon as we hung up. Sean Allardice called me two days later and said that when he went to pick up the car in S.C. that it had big scratches all down the sides and they wouldn't sell a new car like that so they just left it at the other dealership. He said he would sell me a new 2014 for $2,000 more and he said that I should be thrilled with that. I told him I wasn't and I didn't want a red 2013, I wanted the Blizzard Pearl one that I had paid a deposit for. He said he was checking something and when I didn't hear back from him I called and he said that he might have just confused the cars and people and maybe it was available. I asked how you could mix up the cars when you had the VIN# and he just kept tripping over his stories. Sean finally called back and said yes, he was right and my car was the scratched car that they just couldn't sell to me. We told him "get the car and paint the scratches and we will take it. He danced around three stories again and said he just couldn't. I asked him where the car was in S.C. And he said he didn't know just where it was. I told him that he told me he went there personally to pick it up and then the story changed to someone else went. I got a town in S.C. out of him and called the dealership there to buy it from them. Yes, that had that car with that VIN and they were just selling it to someone there. They checked and there was not one scratch on the car. I called Sean back and told him what the other dealer had said and he got angrier and said he had refunded our deposit and was through. In 41 years of buying autos my husband and I have never been lied to and dealt with like that. The above paragraphs are the short version! Dealing with car a dealership where a manager will lie over and over and change their story so many times is unacceptable. We will report this to the BBB and are considering legal action. I would go to any dealership besides Sandy Springs Toyota if I was buying one in the Atlanta area. More

Every time I need to have service done for my car, I automatically call Toyota and ask for Nicole. She is excellent. She goes over everything that needs to be done to my car in a way that is easy to u automatically call Toyota and ask for Nicole. She is excellent. She goes over everything that needs to be done to my car in a way that is easy to understand, not the typical mumbo jumbo that some sales/mechanics/basically someone not in their field of expertise would say to get a person to buy something. She is very thorough. If I can't afford all of the services at that time, she breaks down the ones that are the most important and explains why those services need to be done that day. She is always honest and open with me about my car. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. If I ever have a question about my car, I will call her and leave her a message. She always gets back to me within a hour. She has a very pleasant and helpful demeanor. I have had some really bad experiences at other Toyota dealerships that are actually closer to where I live, but not here. Each experience at Toyota of Sandy Springs is a great experience but a lot of it has to do with Nicole. It is always so nice to work with someone who absolutely loves what she does for a living. You don't see that a lot anymore, but Nicole really takes pride in her work. Thank you. More
