I only felt bad for the poor sales guy who was apparently new so I can't blame him. I told the super manager that I had pricing but no this guy responded to me as though I was stupid. Nevertheless, I left after wasting half the afternoon and went to World Toyota. Got the deal and I'm driving my new Camry....took me less than 2 hours. More
Worst customer service Service advisor have no sense how to talk to customers. He used bad language when he could not explain that why he did not finish my recall repair when my appointment was mainly to repair the recall and regular service. He just wanted to make his commission by just lying that he can get everything done. Anyway I decided to sell my toyota after this event. More

Paid for all of the above to get home and notice that the tires were not rotated. They also said nothing was wrong with the tire. I have had to put air in tire everyday since. Had to take vehicle back to Service center to complete tire rotation. Now at another toyota dealership to fix tire. This dealership (Rivertown Toyota in Columbus, GA) found a cross threaded lug nut and screw in same tire that nothing was wrong with! Sandy Spring Toyota has a horrible service center! I would not recommend anyone to take their vehicle there. Service rating 0-10 was definitely a 0! More
This dealership uses bait and switch tactics I have purchased two new Toyota's from this dealer in the past. When I decided to look into buying a new Avalon, I went to Cars.com to check pricing. I have purchased two new Toyota's from this dealer in the past. When I decided to look into buying a new Avalon, I went to Cars.com to check pricing. This dealer had one priced in the range I was looking for. I went and test drove the car, decided to buy it. I told the salesman I would buy it at the price advertised, with the 0% financing that was also in the ad. I told him to draw up the paper work and I would come by after work to sign the papers. He called me a few hours later and said that if I wanted the special financing deal, the price would be $2000 higher than what was in the ad. I certainly did not buy the car and will never buy another one from this dealer. ***********Avoid this dealership unless you're willing to let them screw you over.********** More

We reiterated multiple times that we would be driving 1 1/2 hours to the dealership and wanted to be sure the on the price of the vehicles. After arriving at the dealership the cars were brought around for us to see. Immediately we realized that the Camry did not have leather, one option we were assured it had, as well as had over 200 miles on it and someone's luggage in the trunk! We then looked at the Avalon and it had over 2700 miles on it! Apparently the cars have been used as demos by the "manager" and were still being sold as new! The salesman, Quinten, tried to be accommodating, stating that they would change the seats to leather seats in the Camry for the same price if we were still interested in the car and that it had only been used by the manager for a few days. We agreed to purchase the Camry at the agreed upon price if the seats were changed to leather (we were told the seats were leather when we pre-negotiated the price). The manager, Sean, however, was not agreeable to selling the car with the added leather seats unless we paid more money than originally agreed. Sean also stated to the salesman that the Camry only had 200 miles on it and that cars he brought in often had more than 500 miles on them. Cars brought in for a customer have not been driven for personal use and do not have someone else's luggage in the trunk! Sandy Springs Toyota was dishonest on several issues. Frist, they are selling demonstrator cars as new vehicles. They are not listed as demos on their website, but as new vehicles (when the search parameters are set for new only the vehicles come up in the results). The fact that they are being used as demos is not disclosed in the more detailed information on the cars. Secondly, they were dishonest on the options the Camry had and then were unwilling to stand by the out the door price they had given for the car with the specific options discussed. The price we were quoted was good for what we thought we were going to buy, just average for a demo vehicle with the same options. We are loyal Toyota owners, having purchased 8 Toyotas in the last four years, and have not experienced these deceptive practices at other dealerships. Had this been our first Toyota experience, Toyota would have lost valuable customers. More
Horrible Service Center Went to Sandy Springs Toyota Service Department after I left work and they were somewhat busy but not overwhelmed. I was just there for my 25,000 mile Went to Sandy Springs Toyota Service Department after I left work and they were somewhat busy but not overwhelmed. I was just there for my 25,000 mile service which is just a tire rotation and fluid top off. I arrived at 5:30 spoke with Richard Kiker who is a great guy despite the business he works for (he's the reason I gave 3 stars for friendliness). But after waiting for nearly two hours I finally approached someone about my FJ, he said let me check on it. About a minute later he said I'm sorry but we cannot rotate your tires because we do not have the proper equipment. Although they are aftermarket wheels they are still normal lugs, but he said the mechanics didn't want to scratch my wheels because they needed a thin walled socket for the same size lug. I have never had any problems at any other Toyota dealership with them not having the equipment. The most they could promise me was a free rotation and maybe a car wash the next time I came. But when I asked about the 2 hours I wasted just for them to tell me they have done nothing because they do not have the proper equipment, their response was you know we can't make up for your time. Overall I just moved to the area, this dealership is less than 2 miles from me but I would rather drive 25 miles to another dealership that I have been to that knows what they are doing. So if you plan on getting proper service done in a reasonable time stay away from Sandy Springs Toyota because they are unprofessional when it comes to dealing with customers and apparently don't have the proper equipment for a simple service. Aaron was so nice that he spent his time showing me how to work the bluetooth of the car and helped us transfer our personal items from our old car to the new one. He did a follow up call a few weeks later to see how the car was doing and if we were still in love with the car, that was very much appreiciated as we never had anyone follow up with us. We would totally recommend Aaron and this dealer to any of our friends. More
