I had a hook-up issue with the XM radio. I am from Ohio.and I initially took my Highlander to the dealership in late afternoon and John Campbell willingly took the time to check out my radio I am from Ohio.and I initially took my Highlander to the dealership in late afternoon and John Campbell willingly took the time to check out my radio and explain all of his attempts to fix the issue. After spending about a half hour with me he said he would recommend I bring it in to have technician check it out. I took it in the following day and the technician worked on it for an hour or more and still could not resolve the problem. He recommended I get a second opinion at my home dealership which I will. All of the people at the dealership, John Campbell, Tony Keel and the technician were all extremely friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend their service department to family and friends. They are NUMBER ONE in my book. More

My First Lexus Experience The quick (within 15 minutes!) response to my internet inquiry by both the salesperson, Tre Chikumo, and the internet sales mgr., Kevin, was remarkabl The quick (within 15 minutes!) response to my internet inquiry by both the salesperson, Tre Chikumo, and the internet sales mgr., Kevin, was remarkable and unusual. Tre spent time searching for the seemingly hidden vehicle I wanted and got back to me to make an appointment and take my deposit for a hold until the next day. Upon my arrival from Nashville, we took a decent-length test drive and then dove into the "mountains" of paperwork with both Tre and the Finance Mgr., Winston. Josh, a sales mgr., made a point to come by and meet me. All of these guys were attentive, knowledgeable, and thorough. Tre lead me through the whole process without a hitch. He explained everything well and set up what I needed on the Lexus before I left the lot. I would send a friend to this dealership and to Tre Chikumo without question. He knows these vehicles.
