I have had my PT Cruiser for just over six years, and just within the last 2 weeks the battery has died and then today, I got into the car to do some running around, and of all things, the Air Conditione just within the last 2 weeks the battery has died and then today, I got into the car to do some running around, and of all things, the Air Conditioner is not working! I call "RICK HENDRICK," to set up an appointment to bring the car in, get Rich on the phone, and he tells me, "bring in right on in, and they'll look at it today." This is great! I take it in, something is wrong, the car is still under warranty, and it is fixed, all done on a Saturday! Now Rich could have just scheduled me an appointment, he didn't have to let me bring in at that moment, but he did! And I thought that was just Super, got it fixed, didn't have to take time off, when I had the time today! So I just wanted to say "Thank-You Rich, that was so nice of you!" And "Thank-you" to the people who fixed it, you're all a great bunch, and I know you work hard! Keep up the Good Work! More
