I do not normally write reviews - however, in the case of our purchase of our 2011 Dodge Ram, I feel it is necessary. I do not like the process of buying a car in general - the experience and the game playi our purchase of our 2011 Dodge Ram, I feel it is necessary. I do not like the process of buying a car in general - the experience and the game playing is a turn off to me. I have learned to accept this as something to be endured in order to get what we need. However, at the Rick Hendrick dealership in North Charleston, the sales person we dealt with: Donny LaVassar, made our experience terrific. I gave him a list of what we were looking for, along with a budget. He handled the situation exceptionally well. I did not feel pressured or pushed into something I wasn't looking for. Communication was excellent and he answered all of questions quickly, even responding on his day off. Although, what we were looking for was not on the lot - the manager assured us that he would find us the vehicle. They were able to do just that. My husband loves his new truck and we had a great experience with no turmoil. I highly recommend Donny LaVassar and the Rick Hendrick dealership in North Charleston. More

I quoted a price that I would buy the jeep with little confidence it would be accepted concerning other dealerships barely responded. Stan said we had a deal if my trade in lived up to billing. I took the gamble and drove two hours to hold them to their word. To my surprise they honored their verbal commitment and I was in and out in two hours on my way home with a new Jeep. They made a commitment sight on unseen on my trade based on my good word. This is unheard of in the car industry based on my experiences. Had a great deal at Rick Hendrick, One of the most laid back and friendly dealership I’ve been to. My salesman Donny, wasn’t a pushy up tight guy salesman.
