Absolutely terrible experience at Rick Hendrick Jeep Chrysler Dodge RAM FIAT North Charleston. I brought in my Jeep and was charged $307 just for them to hold my vehicle for two weeks before I even rece Chrysler Dodge RAM FIAT North Charleston. I brought in my Jeep and was charged $307 just for them to hold my vehicle for two weeks before I even received an estimate. When the estimate finally came in, my insurance company called it outrageous and advised me to take it elsewhere. I had to arrange for my Jeep to be towed to another dealership just to avoid being ripped off. This felt like a complete waste of time and money—I expected better from a dealership under the Hendrick name. Avoid this place unless you enjoy delays, excessive charges, and questionable repair quotes. More
