I would have graded Customer Service with a 5 if the service representative would have checked if a replacement catalytic converter was available for my truck. He was told by a service rep from "AAA" i service representative would have checked if a replacement catalytic converter was available for my truck. Cedric was a great salesman. He did his very best to get me the best deal possible for my trade in. He was persistent with the sale, maybe a little too much, but in the end his efforts made me realized it me the best deal possible for my trade in. I felt as if Cedric was very patient and very informative. His ability to make the customer feel at ease is second to none. I did feel as the pricing was maybe not as fair as it could have been, I never really know what a "good deal" is. For example, at first the dealership only offered me 15000 for my trade in, then after I said I was walking, they pulled $2000, out of nowhere, and then when I said I was still walking they pulled another $500, out of nowhere. I wish he would have came to me with the initial offer of $17,500 for my trade in, so that I could feel reassured that he really did all he could to get me the best deal up to that point. If he really couldn't have gone any further than that, than I would have understood, and more than likely still have ended up buying the vehicle. All in all, i'm very pleased with the experience at the dealership, i'm happy to have gotten rid of my old car and purchased the new one. Thank you. More
