Only issue this time (and this is unusual) was one of my wiper blades somehow came loose so I had to put it back on (it was raining) and I didn't get a car wash (which I was hoping for as a flock of birds had ... um ... spotted my car the day before), but again - it was raining. I highly recommend them. Have taken several different vehicles there and they are great. Getting oil change is cheap ($25) and convenient (shuttle service) and the car wash is usually a nice perk. During my visit for an oil change I ask for my vehicle to have a front end diagnostic which cost me $35.00. I was told I needed a inner tie rod end. I returned 2 weeks later to have it repaired. After waiti have a front end diagnostic which cost me $35.00. I was told I needed a inner tie rod end. I returned 2 weeks later to have it repaired. After waiting 3 hours it was discovered the original diagnosis was in correct and the repair would be a few hundred more for the repairs. Needless to say I was not happy with this change. This is why I brought my vehicle to get the proper diagnosis. $35.00 may not seem to be a lot for some people but that and a few hundred on the repair difference is. More

I would have graded Customer Service with a 5 if the service representative would have checked if a replacement catalytic converter was available for my truck. He was told by a service rep from "AAA" i service representative would have checked if a replacement catalytic converter was available for my truck. He was told by a service rep from "AAA" is was needing to be replaced. I am having to wait several days for a replacement to come in now. I did have other services done, but they could have waited for a one-stop fix. More
Friendly service, had a bit of a slip up with a car order, but the dealer made sure the mistake was fixed in a very timely manner and insured that it would be.
