I have used them for years (used to own a Dakota) and they have always been quick, efficient, and reliable. I wish they had a Mazda dealership, but.... Last time I had the oil changed they even noticed an oil leak that I was able to get fixed under warranty. I usually leave my car there while they shuttle me to work and then pick me up at the end of the day (a great plus), but this time I needed to wait because I had errands to run. Shawn got me right in and started the oil change and I was out in less than an hour. That includes ordering my oil filter (they are a Dodge dealership) because I forgot to call ahead and let them know. I was also in a hurry so asked not to get the car wash done that is included in the low $24.95 price for an oil change. I mean really, an oil change, top off all the fluids, and a car-wash all for $24.95? And they have a shuttle service for free as well! You can't beat that with a stick. There is also the great customer service - Shawn has always been friendly, informative and letting me know ahead of time if there was going to be a delay for any reason. The service personnel I've had before have also been friendly and professional - that is why I keep going back. More
My Chrysler Aspen was due for 60,000 mile maintenance-called Monday for app't for Wed afternoon to leave car overnight w/arrangements for rental car. It was not ready on Thurs afternoon - later found out that they did not start work on it until late in the afternoon - was told this a.m.(Fri) that it would probably be ready by 2pm this afternoon - then it would be 4pm - I will finally get it tomorrow with the air cond problem still not resolved - seems that making an app't does no good - if someone comes in and waits for their service - they are served before vehicles already waiting - she told me this today. Audrey is very helpful and courteous however there is some problem with how repairs/service is handled (this is big $$ - around $800.00+.) Will think twice about leaving it in the future - will just sit in the waiting area all day if it takes to stay on them - will definitely consider another dealer when shopping for our next new car. Service is a BIG factor when spending a lot of $$ for a new car!! More

I realized then, tha To Whom It May Concern: I recenty met Jeff Jarvis when my agency purchased two(2)new Dodge Ram pick-ups from Rick Hendrick's. I realized then, that no one has ever been as helpful in purchasing an automobile as Jeff. I knew that if I ever bought a vehicle on a personal basis, it would be from Jeff. So, a few months later, when my father-in-law was interested in a new truck, I immediately recommended Jeff and Rick Hendrick's. My father-in-law bid several agencies back and forth and as with the agency purchase, Jeff proved to be the winner. So when my wife and I decided to find a more fuel-efficient vehicle, we knew where to begin. We arrived at the dealership in Charleston on May 7th, just before lunch. After several hours of catering to our needs, Jeff found the perfect car at an affiliate dealership in North Carolina. By 10 AM on the following day, my wife was driving off the lot in the "perfect car." Jeff has already received my recommendation to several emplpoyees and friends that are in the market for a new car. Jeff has managed to make car-buying a pleasurable experience, something I have personally, never enjoyed. Our daughter and son in law's Jeep Cherokee (which we gave them) has been having the engine light come on. A dealer in Columbia SC told them they would have to disassemble the engine to fix it for ~ $300 gave them) has been having the engine light come on. I offered to swap them vehicles and bring it to RH Dodge's service department for them to see if you could fix it. I think you went the extra mile diagnosing the problem and then fixing it and keeping me informed. Your staff knows me and that I'm picky about my vehicles and to my knowledge have never taken advantage of me. For that I am grateful. More
While we have been consistently extremely pleased with service in the past, we were somewhat less than pleased this time. This was our first experience with the new (to us at least) express service. Josh took our information and did not write it down while we were there as is usually done. Because the service ticket (final bill) did not note it, we were not sure our tires had been topped up with nitrogen as we had requested (although he indicated that he thought they had been). Because of a misunderstanding on the phone, Josh did not order the new windshield washer motor he called us to suggest. This was particularly difficult to understand because we talked about when the part 50014021294 would come in the following day and what time the car would be ready. Because of this, we will have to return next week to have this done. In addition, we were sorry to find the car had not been washed as it usually is. This is a feature we particularly like. More

I have been taking my truck to Harry for quite some time now for service. He is always friendly and takes good care of me and my truck. It is still running like new with 150,000 miles on it. My wife and I have never had customer service like Rick Hendrick Dodge's Service Dept. Frankly, I cannot ever see myself using anyone else. Adurey communicated the status of the vehicle to both myself and Hendrick Dodge's Service Dept. Frankly, I cannot ever see myself using anyone else. Adurey communicated the status of the vehicle to both myself and my wife, kept records of needed repairs and reminded us each time we brought the car in of what repairs still needed to be completed. As a result, our 2005 Dodge is like new again. We plan to buy a car soon and it will be at Rick Hendrick Dodge. More
