The service was great. Had it in for 2 recalls and 2 rapid repairs. During service, someone hit the front passenger corner of the pumper, scratching paint and scuffing. I am satisfied with response. I have 2 other NON-Chrysler corp vehicles and when I have them in for service, they always wash the vehicle-every time. I prefer to have my Jeep serviced by a dealer, and have been going to Hendrick ever since my previous dealer got downsized by Chrysler (Hoover). Clark was extremely attentive and articulate in communicatin been going to Hendrick ever since my previous dealer got downsized by Chrysler (Hoover). Clark was extremely attentive and articulate in communicating the status of my repairs, cost estimates, and recommendations on resolving various mechanical issues I was faced with. The news wasn't exactly great (who wants to spend $700 on repairs!) but he helped me understand that it was the right thing to do and that I was getting a good deal. Cheers to Clark. More
On Monday we called and made an appointment for Tues. @ 10AM. Tues. morning at 10AM the Jeep was delivered to the service department (to leave until Wed.) with the request to change the oil, check why coo 10AM. Tues. morning at 10AM the Jeep was delivered to the service department (to leave until Wed.) with the request to change the oil, check why coolant was leaking and funny noise in transmission. They said they would call that afternoon and let us know what the problem was. We received no call on Tues. and finally called the service dept. on Wed. morning to see what was going on. Mr. Hammond told us that they did not even look at the car on Tues. and he was trying to work it in for Wed. This is very disappointing and hard to work around minus one car in the household. With the cost of repairs, the hassle is not worth the trouble and will seek someone else to service our vehicles from now on. We have bought 2 cars from this dealership but will go some place else to purchase our next car! I can not rate the quality of work b/c after 24 + hours the car is still just sitting there!!!!! More

Over the past 3 weeks I have taken my car into service at the Rick Hendrick Dodge Store on Savannah Highway in Charleston. One time I had such little notice, that the shuttle driver had to pick my child up from school with me. The service staff has awful communication practices and they do not call customers to update them on when a vehicle will be ready. I would NEVER have my car serviced at this dealer again, not even if my car broke down right in front of it. More
I took my car in on Friday, July 8, because the driver's side window would not go up or down. It was late in the day, so I said I could leave it overnight. On Saturday I did not hear from Audrey Kirkland, so I called and left a message. On Monday, I called again and got Audrey's voice mail, so I called back for the general service number. The young man that I got said my car was still not ready. I had to leave on a business trip that day, so left all my information with my husband to check with Audrey on Tuesday. Apparently Audrey called later on Monday to say that the car was finished. Since Audrey had not called to let me know how much the repair would be it was a bit of a shock that the bill was $499.86. I understand that the service department was very busy, but a heads up on Saturday or early Monday morning would have been nice. More
This is the first service on my new truck that I purchased from this dealer and everyone in the service department is great. I have been there a couple other times for service on my old truck and th purchased from this dealer and everyone in the service department is great. I have been there a couple other times for service on my old truck and they were very friendly as well. All the work that I requested, plus a recall and a few bulletins, were completed in the time promised and I am very pleased. It is nice to have great service to back up the sales process! More
