I bought a car from your staff a few days ago. I feel compelled to write and tell you that Casi Maul is a true gem. As I was signing my paperwork Casi had my car pulled next to the one I was trading in and he was unloading things from one vehicle to the other. Casi even put my childs car seat in the vehicle. When I went out to see my new car there were only a few personal items left for me to move over. Did I mention it was raining? Casi greeted me with a smile shook my hand congratulated me on the new purchase and said I hope you don’t mind but I moved some of your things over for you. I put the car seat in the middle like you had it in the other car is that okay. Casi continued to show me some unique features about the vehicle and wished me well on my way out. I visited this dealership in response to viewing their used cars in AutoTrader. Of course, as expected, they tried to low ball my trade. It had CV joint issues, a gouged tire, and a chirping engine that smoked. How could they have missed all that in inspecting the car? I drove it back on the next business day. I spent 8 hours as the salesman repeatedly tried to track down keys to alternate vehicles. The listed internet prices all included discounts that don't apply to the average customer. The result was I got a car with only one key of the two promised (still 'unable' to locate the second key) and no flexibility on the car's price. I had asked for my trade in back and they refused, which forced me to find SOMETHING on their lot to buy. You know that ripped off feeling you stereotypically get about dealerships? They have it. I called today asking about the key and was blown off. They don't care once they have your sale. More
