If you are buying a car you must go see Kellie Westfield at Rick Hendrick. She was no pressure and patient to put us in the right cars. We drove four in total and she was ready to have us test drive as many as we wanted. 2. We felt the trade in values were fair. 3. We bought two used minis. After purchase we noticed one had a slight ding in the windshield. They offered to send a glass repair company to our house at no charge to us. 4. The selection is unbeatable because Rick Hendrick is so large. Neither car we bought was located at the dealership we shopped at. They kept going to other Hendrick dealerships and picking up cars for us to test drive. 5. They even went out of state to pick up one of our two cars. The negative: 1. Post car selection duration was brutal. We had selected our vehicles by 12:45pm on day one. The paperwork went until nearly 5pm that day and then we had additional paperwork to sign when we returned to pick up the second vehicle. It seems like this could be done quicker. [Note: they were kind enough to offer us lunch and snacks while we waited which was greatly appreciated.] More

After going from dealership to dealership and finding that women were not taken seriously when trying to buy a car. We were practically tossed aside or ignored. I was about to give up and just let my husband buy me a car. My daughter talked me into one more dealership, so we stopped at Rick Hendrick on Savannah Hwy. We met Mr. Jeff Jarvis. He made us feel so welcomed, He worked with us for hours that evening. He helped us find a car that met all our needs. It was the 2011 Dodge Journey with all the bells and wistles. He did not pressure us to sign on the dotted line that day. I knew I would be back because of his kindness. About 2 weeks past and I came back and I purchased that car. I have also purchased a 2011 Dodge Durango and My husband has purchased a 2013 Dodge Ram 1500. Also Harry Evans in the service department has been great to work with, such a wonderfull employee. More

I agreed (didn't have much choice) on wed afternoon (3 days later) have NOT heard anything, so I tried to call the dealer after 10 minutes of call going back to receptionist it just kept ringing. found a direct number talk to a guy in service ,after he put me on hold he said " he is checking it now I will give you a call back in 20 minutes." it is now Thursday morning 5 DAYS that my truck has been at the dealer for TIRE BALANCE and still never heard back from them. this is about the WORST service I ever received anywhere ( oh and I own a service company for 30 years so I think I know a little about service) More
Careful and inspect their work. I had to have the tie rods replaced (warranty work) on my car after noticing substantial noise and movement. The parts ordered and made an appointment. when dropping the car off at 9am only the lady handling us could help. They then proceeded to discuss our case and how they couldn't believe they were covering the cost in front of us even though it was a chrysler issue. When she finally came to help it took some time to realize who we were and what was needed. We asked if we could have a rental so my husband wouldn't have to drive me to work 45 mins away. They said no. Rentals are only offered after 8 hrs. After 3pm I called the dealership to get an update and they promised it would be completed by the end of day. At 5pm I called back and again no issue with completing the work. At 5:30pm I received a call saying there was an emergency and the mechanic had to leave and then asked me if they could give us a rental. Now I ask you why did they wait till the end of the day to complete my car since it was dropped off early morning. Had my husband not taken a day off of work to resolve I would have had a very long day. By the time they called to offer a rental my husband and I were stuck in Charlotte traffic and couldn't get back in time to get a rental. I had to remind them we could not waste another day on something that was not our fault and I mandated a resolution. So they said they would continue to complete the job and leave the keys under the mat so we could pick it up after hours. We didn't have a choice because we both had to work the next day. We also discovered they only only replaced 1 of 2 tie rods even though they acknowledged it was a typical issue with the 200's. No call, no followup. However we did fill out a survey and respond to a service call from a 800 number with again no follow up. Now we are waiting to see how long it will take before the other tie rod gives us issues and how much it will cost us. The final straw....TODAY I WENT TO GET MY TIRES ROTATED AT DISCOUNT TIRE AND THEY FOUND I WAS MISSING A LUGNUT!!!! Hendrick was the last to touch my car. I drove around for 2 months + missing a lugnut on the front wheel. This is not the first issue with hendrick. A few months prior we took in my 200 to get the tires rotated and balanced. At 7pm we picked up the keys and left to go home. We didn't make it out of their parking lot before we realized something bad was wrong with a front tire. We took it back and they said everyone had gone home and to bring it back the next day meaning we had to drive with an an enormous amount of vibration. (Another day missing work!). The next day it was discovered the tire had a broke belt. REALLY!! I ask how they didn't know there was an issue with the tech and machines and allowed us to drive on it. They did replace the tire as a 'courtesy' only after my husband pushed the issue. Because of the horrible service and safety issue I will not return nor recommend hendrick. Shame on you! More
Worst Experience in history!!! I was trying to trade in my car for something new, reliable, and with warranty. They gave me a charger and let me take it home like it was a solid deal. I had the car for two weeks when I got the call the deal did not go through so I had to return the car. That's not even close to the bad part. I go to get my car back and it's STRIPPED. I had installed a touch screen radio with GPS, dvd,etc. I also had a back up camera with monitor. A all of which were torn out. The seats were all out of place and the wiring in the car was torn up. They first tried to throw a measly $400 at me. They also tried to insinuate I came back and took the stuff out. I was completely in tears and upset I was being treated this way. Then they gave me $800. I reluctantly took it. They made me feel worthless. They never apologized or accepted any kind of responsibility. No one sincerely cared that my car was destroyed in their lot! Then after leaving the car started acting funny and the dash board was dinging and going crazy. Thankfully another dealership took it as trade in, but of course I didn't get as much for it because of the condition. I've never been made to feel this way in my life. They think throwing money Will make me feel better but it really made me feel worse like that's what I was out for. More
