Fourteen years ago, I purchased a car from City Chevrolet. The car I purchased has been an excellent car. Recently, I have had to have some recent repairs to it, which were very expensive. I was forced to make a decision as to whether it was more cost effective to repair my car or purchase another one. After weighing my options, I decided that the purchase of another car was in my best interest. I recently purchased a new car from City Chevrolet and to say that I had a pleasurable experience would be a huge understatement. Car buying can be stressful and overwhelming. However, the whole process ran a lot smoother because of the service I received from three people. First off, let me start by saying a heartfelt thank you to Saverio Longobardo for serving my Impala for the past 14 years. I have always found Saverio to be patient, knowledgeable, friendly, professional and someone who would do whatever he could to assist me with not only repairing my car but also in helping me keep it in tip top shape. Whenever I had questions, he patiently provided answers. Thank you Saverio. I will continue to bring my new car to you for service and/or any needed repairs. Secondly, let me say thank you to Andy Schneider. Andy was the salesman who assisted me with my car purchase 14 years ago, and when I went in to look at cars, I learned that he was still at Rick Hendrick. Andy is awesome in every way. He remembered me and did so much to help me get into another car. Andy, thank you for everything you and your team did to help me get into a car I could afford. Third, let me say thank you to Joey Battoglia. Joey, thank you, thank you, thank you. You are awesome. You spent a considerable amount of time with me in showing me cars, test driving them and in explaining the pros and cons of leaving vs. buying. You went above and beyond to help. As I am writing this, I am finding it difficult to find the words to adequately let Saverio, Andy and Joey know how appreciative I am of all the three of you did for me. If there were 10 stars available for a rating for the three of you, I would give you an 11. Customer service in this day and age is becoming increasingly hard to come by.
