ES-Ohio--Thank you for your comments. We're so sorry to hear that you are disappointed about what occurred. Before accepting the deposit, we would first need to agree to numbers (which we did) and have you either submit credit for financing or get an approval letter sent over from your bank. In the morning, prior to receiving the approval letter from your bank, another customer came in and purchased the vehicle. Unfortunately we didn't receive your letter until after the other client had already purchased the vehicle. We do apologize and understand that you are disappointed for not being able to purchase the vehicle you wanted. If we can assist you in looking for another vehicle, please let us know. Thanks. Nikki, thank you for your response. I have spoken to Heather already who was very nice and understanding to my plight. My issue then is the lack of customer service. I had sent yh ed letter by 12:17 pm. I had to call.my salesmen Taylor to inquire about its receipt after 5 pm. Why did I have to call 5 hours later to be told the car had been sold? Why didn't my salesmen respond immediately to my email the car was in the process of beinf purchased? Why did I have to call him? 5 hours? When i am told your "systems" were down your telling me in 5+ hours and only after i called in did HE call me to tell me it was gone? It took 1 phone call to me. When the car was being sold in the 1.5 hours between I was given "management approval" to NOT put down $5,000 right then and there in lieu of the requested statement from USAA, my bank. When was I going to get a phone call since he hadn't picked up the phone for 5+ hours during a day of system outages? Curious. ☹
