Rick Hendrick Chevrolet of Buford

First visited another Hendrick dealer who was worse in Duluth they promised to make it better at this one but it was more of the same dishonesty at its finest. We came to ourchase same car which we had previously seen and wrote up deal car had to be brought from another city so we had to rely on online description and promise of inspection upon arrival by their certified staff. While waiting for car to arrive they started advertising it online for $300 less than we paid. When car arrived we were told it went through inspection but back tires were almost bald, 3 of 4 speakers were blown out, there was a leak in windsheild washer fluid, and various other scratches which were not visible or described when we purchased. We were basically told sorry when we tried to address the issues. Then 3 weeks later we went to get tag and they had not done the emissions which is the law to do so in our area. Very disappointed would never shop here again More

Worst experience ever. Called ahead to make sure they still had the car I had seen online they checked and said YES we will have it waiting when you arrive. They lied the car was never there just wanted to get me in to look around. If they will lie about having a certain car what else will they lie about? I would never waste my time and return there. I HEARD THE ADVERTISEMENT FROM RICK HENDRICKS CHEVROLET IN BUFORD ON THE RADIO SO I DECIDED TO GIVE IT ONE MORE TRY. I PULLED IN THE DEALERSHIP WITH MY 2001 HONDA CIVIC WITH 233,215 THOUSAND MILES, IT WASENT LONG BEFORE MITCHELL APPROACHED ME AND WELCOMED ME INTO THE DEALERSHIP. HE ASKED ME IS THAT CAR GOING TO BE OURS NOW, SO I LAUGHED, I TOLD HIM YOU WOULD GIVE ME $500 DOLLARS FOR THIS CAR. HE TOLD ME WHAT IF I TOLD YOU I COULD GET YOU $1500 FOR YOUR CAR. I EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT I WAS JUST TRYING TO LOOK AT THE INVENTORY AND WASEN'T TRYING TO BUY ANYTHING, BECAUSE MY CREDIT WAS VERY LOW AND I HAD NO DOWNPAYMENT. HE SAID THATS NOT A PROBLEM SIR WE WORK WITH 34 DIFFERENT BANKS AND GETTING YOU APPROVED IS MY JOB, HE SAID I DONT PROMISE YOU THAT I WILL GET YOU APPROVED BUT WHAT I CAN PROMISE YOU IS THAT I WILL WORK REALLY HARD FOR YOU. ALL I ASK IS FOR AN OPPORTUNITY TO EAR YOUR BUISSNESS AND MAKE THIS THE BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE YOU'VE EVER HAD. SO, I GAVE HIM AN OPPORTUNITY. AFTER A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME HE CAME BACK WITH A SMILE ON HIS FACE GUEES WHAT I GOT YOU APPROVED CONGRADULATIONS. I HAVE THIS BRAND NEW CHEVROLET CRUZE FOR YOU LETS DRIVE IT. I DON'T KNOW HOW RICK HENDRICKS CHEVROLET DID IT BUT IM VERY HAPPY WITH THESE GUYS, THEY WORK REALLY HARD FOR YOU. WE DIDN'T GO THROUGH ALL THE BACK AND FORTH. IF YOU'R CREDIT CHALLENGED LIKE ME, IF ANYONE CAN GET YOU APPROVED IS THESE GUYS.
