Heard their ad on radio about helping people with low credit score. I called ahead and was told I was approved and made an appointment to drive two hours to get there. Got there and the run around began. credit score. I called ahead and was told I was approved and made an appointment to drive two hours to get there. Got there and the run around began. After sitting there over four hours I left told not to worry I would be able to get the car...the next day I called and was made to feel they didn't want to do business with me. And I was right...financing fell thru after waiting all day. I WILL never recommend them. They are false advertising and deceptive . More
Was told we were pre-approved prior to traveling an hour and a half to dealer. Spent 4 hours and no car! They say whatever they can to get you into the dealership and then when you get there they give you and a half to dealer. Spent 4 hours and no car! My husband took his Chevy 2500 van here for an alignment and 100,000 recommended services. The told us a price and he was charged $90 more than they had quoted us. They said that they couldn't give an exa and 100,000 recommended services. The told us a price and he was charged $90 more than they had quoted us. They said that they couldn't give an exact quote so it was more. When we were getting ready to pay, he was messing with the prices to add the $90 to the total. Turns out, they did an oil change that we didn't want and specifically said we had just done it a week earlier. They added the oil change price into it so the wouldn't have to eat the cost! A couple days later, my husband took it back because the alignment wasn't right. He got it back even worse! He says he doesn't want to take it back again cause they'll just screw it up more. More
This is the absolute worse dealership to buy a chevrolet. If you choose Rick Hendricks go to the one in duluth. Buford locations is horrible! I was told a price would be matched with a print out. I get there If you choose Rick Hendricks go to the one in duluth. Buford locations is horrible! I was told a price would be matched with a print out. I get there I get lied to about the rebates on the vehicle, I get lied to about the price of the vehicle, and the manger Todd is completely uneducated in his line of work. The Rick Hendricks in Duluth offered me a better price and then he has the nerve enough to say " its the same company so we have pretty much the same price and rebates". BULL. The man couldn't even lie straight. He insist on selling my the car at a price that he felt was right. This is the last time I will EVER EVER attend to do business with. Not to mention I came in a week earlier looking for a truck when I was told they had one in my price range. Instead of pulling the vehicle around he insist on running my credit and trying to find me a more expense vehicle. WHAT? DUDE I KNOW WHAT I CAN AFFORD BETTER THAN YOU DO!. If i want a $20,000 truck I would ask for one. ( yet you wonder why people get into debt is because of salesman like this who wants to sell you high price vehicles and finance it thru companies they know so they can get it done. Instead of selling a person what they can afford with their approval that the dealer is going to use anyway once they shotgun their credit around to every bank in the world. So folks as you can see, even if you have perfect credit Todd the manager here will ruin it trying to find financing every where else. Its funny because they tell you if you should around for a vehicle your score do not go down as much. However if you choose to not buy a car with them and go somewhere else to have your credit run apparently thats when it hurts your score. Hmm NO! Its not rocket scientist that if you run your credit your score will suffer. Us car buyers are not that stupid as you crooked salesman and finance guys think we are! More
This location paired good service, up to par staff, and a good product. I would recommend the location to friends, family, and anyone in the area. good product. I would recommend the location to friends, family, and anyone in the area. More

After telling them I would be driving 25 miles to get to them They ASSURED ME they had MANY of them available for me to test drive. Got there and after stalling and trying to get me to look at a different car they said they didn't have what I wanted to see on the lot! So depressing that this dealership lived up to the poor reputation that dealerships always lie just to get you in the door....... More
this dealer advertised a particular vehicle in their ads and I called and scheduled a viewing and drove 120 miles to look at it . When I got there they told me they had just sold the vehicle. I have been f and I called and scheduled a viewing and drove 120 miles to look at it . When I got there they told me they had just sold the vehicle. I have been following the ad and it is still posted on cars.com and autotrader. It has been almost a month since I was there and I called again and the salesperson stated that they still have and wanted to schedule a time for me to view it again. This is just a ploy to get you in the dealership to sell you something you don,t want. They should not be able to advertise a vehicle they no longer have or maybe never had in stock. More
