We negotiated on a vehicle that had been sold a day before, even after being told it was still available from a sister location. Even despite that the negotiations were what you see in a movie. Back and forth and when you go to leave somehow better finance rates are offered. We are not typical buyers. We had over two months of research and knew our credit score warranted a good rate. Through the whole process we felt scammed and only stuck with it given it was the car we had been waiting for as we are not impulsive buyers. Would not recommend it here to anyone and will be sure to share our experience with everyone. More

I spoke to Mr Vinel Brown over the phone to check the accuracy of a listing on autotrader.com as the price was very low. He wanted me to come to the dealership, but I said not until I get the price of the vehicle. After the phone call, I immediately went online to Hendrick's website, but did not find the car, so I chatted with the rep and confirmed the availability of the car, but no price, so I was given the manager's phone # which is really the main # to the dealership. I made the call and Vinel answered the phone and informed me that the vehicle is sold and could not give me the listing price. All I wanted was to check the accuracy of the price. If there was a misprint, then correct it, but don't try to do the bait and switch tactic. I am pretty sure I will not deal with this sales rep. More
