Excellent Expereince Recently my husband and I went to Rick Hendrick Chevrolet to see if we qualify to get a new vehicle. Eugene took the time to find out our needs, and was very personable. He was a great, down to earth guy and we really enjoyed the whole experience. So often, we have discovered salesmen that only seem to care about the sale but Eugene really cared about what our family needed and he delivered just what we wanted. My husband is a pretty big guy who never wanted to go anywhere with me because he felt squished in our car - but now we have a beautiful 2014 Equinox that he will go places with me and it is all thanks to Eugene. Best experience ever. We couldn't imagine a better dealership to buy from. The staff was friendly and showed that they would do what it takes to get you in the vehicle you We couldn't imagine a better dealership to buy from. The staff was friendly and showed that they would do what it takes to get you in the vehicle you want at a suitable price. We drove 2 hours to get there and they knew that. When it was closing time and it looked as if we was going to have to make the drive again the next day to complete the deal the staff stayed till 1am to do what had to be done to make the deal happen. We left at 1am in a brand new Silverado. And a side note. Our kids loved it too with the popcorn and tv. It kept them occupied while we conducted business. I would recommend Rick Hendrick of Buford to anyone. More
