Worst customer service ever & Liars My mother is nearly 70 years old and is disabled and bought a $37,000 suburban on Thursday night with three people assuring her is was a four wheel dr My mother is nearly 70 years old and is disabled and bought a $37,000 suburban on Thursday night with three people assuring her is was a four wheel drive because that's what she has had for 14 years and wanted another one because we had snow on the way. On Friday when the snow came she could not find the button to turn the four wheel drive on. She had to call her salesman and he said he's look it up and call her back. Two hours later with no call she called back and he said he was still trying to figure it out. My brother went to her house and needless to say the vehicle is not even a four wheel drive like they sold her. We took the vehicle back today and have never seen anybody be treated as ugly as she was treated. Only one of the guys she had worked with could be found and he even took the keys from us and went out to try to prove we were idiots and that is was four wheel drive. He came back and it was not and then he said well you bought it and it's your fault because you didn't try out the four wheel drive in her whole test drive around the block. She said I trusted all of you with what you said. She gave them the car back and he said that she couldn't and that she had perfect credit and he was going to ruin it. He then offered to buy the vehicle back at trade in price which is several thousand dollars less. She had the car for two days. These men completely lied to an ederly diasabled woman and then were 1000% rude when they were caught at it. They should not even be in business. We have called the bank and stopped funds from being transferred to them. They have the vehicle in their parking lot and they have the keys. He told us if we left it he would have it towed and that the bank had already transferred funds to them and we owned it. Found out when we called the bank that was just another one of their lies. They did not even have the information in the system yet. One lie after another after another and then threats of ruining her perfect credit on top of that. This guy did not even try a resolution to the issue. He just said it was her problem. I will be contacting Chevrolet's main office, The Better Business Bureau, and they will get a Yelp review and whatever else I can find. There is not excuse to treat elderly people this way and to lie and trick them. No Excuse at all. More

Great Experience I was in dire need of a 3rd row SUV and had been shopping for weeks. They were tremendously helpful in getting my payments in my micro budget. I hadn't had to pay for a car in years and was so nervous to have to start all over again. I ended up buying a Durango from Laila and Rod. I didn't even have a ride to the dealership and I'm so thankful that they picked me up from my home, which is an hour away. This was the best experience I'd ever had buying a car. Terrible!!!!!!! Worst experience ever! I called for a Tahoe that they had on their website. Called and spoke to Tanieka Griffin and she said that,"yes we have that tr Worst experience ever! I said yes, what time do you close? She said till 10:30 pm. I told her I was on my way. Once I arrived, after a 1 hour ride, to find out that they didn't have that vehicle onsite. Brandon (manager) told me since they have told me wrong, that he would ship it down from the other branch. I got a call from the sales (Walter Sanders) saying they wanted a deposit for them to ship it down! I told them ok! He said let me get the paperwork together for that and he would call me back. When he called me back, he said that they would have to do all paperwork before they would get the vehicle to Buford. So once again they didn't hold their end of the deal. Talked to a maganer(Joe) and he said that he felt they did everything they could do to earn my business. What happen to a mans word! Want a good deal on a vehicle with a mans word, take a drive to John Megel in Dawsonville! More
