Totally Dissatisfied_Lied To And Ripped Off This Place Is A Total Rip-off... i was told that if i took the car they offered me, and drive it for a year, i could come back and get a bigger bette This Place Is A Total Rip-off... i was told that if i took the car they offered me, and drive it for a year, i could come back and get a bigger better car...NOT true... I took the smaller car like they said to do....paid on it over a year....took it back to them like the saleman said to do....then they said i couldnt get another one... The origonal salesman who flat out lied to me was there when i took it back to get the bigger one..... He passed me off to 2 other ones, because he knew what he did was wrong...i got so mad, i got up and walked out.... then a person came out where i was, and said he was gonna call me monday...that call has still not come... i expected more than this from a name like rick hendrick...NOT so... Now i am wondering if they will retaliate against me, by not keeping the small car fixed up right....they suckered me into also buying all the warranties for the small car, i didnt want, and still dont want for the next 5 years... Dont believe a word they say...get it in writing or you will lose like i have... It may be rick hendrick, but they are no better that a buy here pay here....still car saleman..
