He assisted me throughout the buying process giving multiple test drives and making sure I got the best deal without any hassles. When there were issues with my credit application he held the car so that I could complete the deal the next day. The entire process was smooth and having Austin as my salesperson was the best that could happen. More
I was lied to, mislead and ultimately insulted by your sales team. I drove down from Tennessee (a 4 hour drive) under the assumption I was coming to look at a very specific truck. At 530 on Friday, I called the salesmen and he said the truck was still there and I informed him then I would be making the trip down the next day. The salesmen then called me at 1045 on Saturday morning to inform me he has pulled the truck up and was ready for me. At that moment I was about an hour away from the dealership. When I arrived i was told that truck had been sold the night before at about 730. The salesmen proceeds to show me a couple of different trucks that I was less than thrilled about owning and ensured me I was going to get a "fantastic deal". The sticker price was $67,xxx, I was trading in a PAID OFF truck worth approximately 15k and somehow the total on the new truck was 69,000. How does that make any sense at all? On top of that, there was a 6000 dollar savings that was supposed to be applied. 67000-6000 (cash off)= 61000-15000 (trade in)=46000(+tax) Needless to say, I left very unhappy and would NEVER recommend anyone to your lying dealership or any other dealership with Rick Hendricks name on it.
