We called the dealership a day prior to making a 2. 30 minute drive to ensure that our out the door price would be within our budget and was assured by Dylan that our asking price was manageable and cou 30 minute drive to ensure that our out the door price would be within our budget and was assured by Dylan that our asking price was manageable and could be done. Upon arrival at the dealership, they inform us that Dylan would not be helping us today due to him driving to New Hampshire. We are then given a new sales representative named Dario who we then again inform of our price point who once again assures us that it was fine, and proceeds to take us on a test drive. We are then given a random manager named Giuseppe Pagano, who gives us a price that is not only 14k over what we were discussing but also 17k over asking price. After we say we are in no way doing 17k over the MSRP, we are given another “sales manager” named Hector who says he can come down 4K dollars which was still 11k over the discussed amount. After 30 minutes of additional haggling they agree to come down the 6k above our asking price out of fear of me posting a review. I finally asked for the man who confirmed our appointment who when we spoke to a man named Micheal they bring out a complete different person who’s name tag did not match the name Micheal, who informs us that he would have no idea what our sales tax is which I know is incorrect as they asked for our Zip code prior to our appointment. Over all this was a massively disappointing experience as we wasted our time and the best they could do was “fill our gas tank”. I would not recommend purchasing any vehicle from this dealership as it seems none of the team members seem to have a clue what’s going on. More

I have bought dozens of new and used vehicles from over a dozen different dealerships in the 68 yrs I've been around and Rick Hendrick Chevy has far been the WORST experience I've ever had. I've been lied to dozen different dealerships in the 68 yrs I've been around and Rick Hendrick Chevy has far been the WORST experience I've ever had. I've been lied to, given the run around, can never seem to talk, email or text with the same person. I've been thru 2 salesmen, 3 managers and 2 finance people with no results. They all seem nice but no one seems to know anything. I bought my truck 05/23/25 and it's still not complete. I should have torn up the contract when after 4 days they finally called and said the truck was ready to pick up and when I got there none of the dealer installed options had been installed. I could go on and on but truth is it's been almost a month and I'm driving a truck that's not complete. More
