Waiting over three hours for a scheduled oil change is unacceptable, and we completely understand your disappointment, especially when you had an appointment and reasonably expected the correct oil filter to be available. Long wait times despite scheduled appointments are frustrating, and we understand how that can feel like your time isn't being respected. It took a few weeks to get this resolved. Primary reason was waiting on a check from NC. Overall the dealer did a great job. Sales Manager has contacted me to get the issue resolved. The Silverado is doing great. My son has purchased several trucks and vans from here and will contact them the next time he needs one. Highly recommend Rick Hendrick Chevrolet Norfolk.
