Not the best service I've got. I wanted 0W40 oil put in my engine due to the 6.2l issue, but the technician put 0W20. I made it very clear what type of oil I've been using. I mean I thought the dealership was very unprofessional and wasted my time. I had an appointment scheduled for over a month and when I drop my vehicle off they could not even look at it for almost 5 days. and wasted my time. Everybody was genuinely great ! I live about 120 miles from the dealership but working with Joe, Kevon and Sharif made a difficult circumstance easy.
