Major engine repair/ no ac I was very annoyed when we arrived with our 2015 Silverado making ticking noise and the ac was also not working. We met Lee who assured us he coul I was very annoyed when we arrived with our 2015 Silverado making ticking noise and the ac was also not working. We met Lee who assured us he could get this taken care of. He had the shop foreman come out to listen to our truck. Frank Explained in detail what needed to be done and gave us a time when it would be done. We were surprised to say the least when Lee called us a day early then promised that it was completed washed and ready! Really happy with the service we received from everyone we had contact with. Service I brought my car in for service and was acknowledged very quickly by the greeter even though they were extremely busy. I waited a couple minutes and I brought my car in for service and was acknowledged very quickly by the greeter even though they were extremely busy. I waited a couple minutes and the service manager greeted me while I was waiting and said as soon as an advisor frees up they would be right with me. My service guy was Lee who was very nice and fun to deal with. My car took a bit longer than expected but when the service manager noticed I was still in the waiting room she checked on my car and explained the delay and then asked if she could put the TV on what I’d like to watch. It’s the little things that matter. I love the changes this dealer is making. More
