I brought my 2019 Corvette ZR1 with 2k miles in for routine service, which at a dealership is always very expensive, and then added a spoiler replacement, which was exorbitantly expensive. When I picked up my car, there was a check engine light on that wasn't on when I dropped off the car. They said that was normal, and it would go off on its own, but it didnt. I took the car back, and they wanted to charge me another $1k to fix a problem I didn't have when I dropped it off. I asked to speak to the service manager before proceeding. They held my car for a week, no one called, and I followed up twice. I finally gave up and agreed to the repair as I wanted my car back. The service manager still never called me. I was told he was very busy. This was not a good customer experience, or one I deserved, especially after $6k in repairs for a rare/pristine car. Caveat emptor. More

I had not purchased a vehicle at this store for a few years due to their service department. I decided to take the plunge since I know the folks in the sales department and they are great. However, the service department still one of the worst if not the worst I've experienced. Lack of communication, poor attitude of service advisor, and lack of knowledge of the techs sums it up. So, purchase a Chevy from this store if you like them, they are great cars, but take it to another dealer for service. Locally, Devoe GMC is a great place for service, since these are GM cars, they can service them and perform warranty work. More
