Disappointed After a Promising Start I recently purchased a truck from Rick Hendrick, and initially, the sales experience was smooth and easy. The process was straightforward, and I appreciated how everything was handled during the sale. However, things quickly took a turn. I was told the truck would come with two keys—which is a reasonable expectation when spending over $40,000. Unfortunately, the truck had to stay for two weeks to complete recall work, and when I finally picked it up, I noticed the trailer hitch it originally came with was missing. On top of that, I was told there was no second key after all. I’ve reached out multiple times to follow up, but have received no response. Overall, this has been a disappointing experience. It feels like once the papers were signed, the support stopped. The team was quick to make the sale but hasn’t followed through on the promises made. More

I brought my car in for repairs and it ended up sitting there for five days—and yet, none of my original concerns were actually addressed dealership. After all that time, I was told that everything I mentioned was “normal,” despite clearly explaining the issues I was experiencing. There was no clear communication throughout the process, no updates unless I called, and in the end, I was left with the same problems I came in with. It felt like my concerns were brushed off entirely. For a service department that claims to be professional and customer-focused, this was an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. More
