I spent $150,000 on a new E-Ray at this dealership to basically be treated just as another #. There is ZERO before, during, or after sale support. I live 3 hours round trip away from the dealership an basically be treated just as another #. There is ZERO before, during, or after sale support. I live 3 hours round trip away from the dealership and have scheduled 2 appointments to have items fixed that were supposed to be done before originally picking up my car. Sat at the dealership ALL day on my only day off to still NOT have the work completed. 6 hours of driving and 12+ hours sitting there to not even get the jobs completed that I had scheduled my appointments to have done. I’ve been ignored & swept under the rug every time I’ve tried to resolve the issues of the PPF getting fixed that I was FORCED to purchase on my preorder. ceramic coating that was not applied over the PPF that I also was forced to buy. I have blue tape under my headlights still that they can’t seem to get around to getting taken off from the original PDI. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM! They will take your money and gladly ignore you for services they owe you that you paid for! Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced when purchasing any vehicle. This is a STEALERSHIP! Not a dealership that cares about their customers.. My advice is RUN!!!! More
