The best Service Consultant DONALD A.PETERSON JR. kept me in the loop abo “RICK HENDRICK CHEVROLET” is state-of-the-art and AWESOME customer service. The best Service Consultant DONALD A.PETERSON JR. kept me in the loop about my car, listen to my concerns since my car is a “show car” and he gave me the respect I deserved, even though I was a woman. A lot of times when we go to car dealerships, they assume we’re dumb and we have no idea what we’re doing when a lot of us do and a lot of us work on our own cars, like myself. So I know what I’m talking about and Donald was very respectful of that.
