An update: I sent an email with this text to the dealership and received a very nice response: Jaime, I am so sorry for your experience today. There is no doubt we failed you as a service department today, I will do whatever it takes to earn your business back. I wish there was something I could say to defend the advisor and appointment lady but we should have handled that significantly better than we did. I assure those involved will be addressed and this will not happen again. Please let me know what I can do. I feel absolutely horrible that your first experience at our dealership turned out this way. John Berry I appreciate the timely apology. I will try them again for my next oil change. If the service is improved, so will my rating.

Frustrated and confused responded

Second update: I went back to give them another chance, as I was assured my experience would be different, and boy was it ever! I needed service/repair work for a check engine light. They communicated, gave me accurate repair time estimates, and shuttled me to and from my other vehicle so I didn't have to wait there during the repairs. I was very impressed with the change. Going to change my rating to a 4 now. Thank you for listening! I am no longer frustrated. :)
