I purchased my GMC Acadia Denali from this dealership in Feb 2020. I must say the service department is not what it should be. I purchased the pre paid oil change package with the purchase of the vehicle. the first first oil change after purchase I felt the service advisors were lacking professionalism and the second time I brought it in for a state inspection I was treated rudely and with disrespect over the phone while making an appointment. When it was time for the next oil change, I didn't feel like going through the rudeness of the dealership so made an appointment at another dealership and was treated with respect and felt welcome. But low and behold my prepaid oil change was only good for Hendricks. The next oil change I thought I'd give Hendricks another chance so called to make an appointment and had to wait 2 1/2 weeks. With reluctance I made the appointment. Then I called the other dealership and they had an appointment the next day. I was told they leave slots daily for just oil changes. So I made an appointment and then canceled my Hendricks appointment. Once again I couldn't use my prepaid oil change warranty. I called the service manager at Hendricks, left a voice mail, no response and then emailed him through the Hendricks website, no response. I have since emailed the General Manager of Hendricks and not heard anything in return. I am very disappointed with this dealership and cannot recommend Hendrick GMC. More

I must say this Dealership is Very Beautiful!! nice neat and clean. The female sales person that assisted us was very nice but the sales manager has literally lost his mind. Becareful purchasing a vehicle from here they're out to get you!!!. An OVER PRICED!! Explorer Conversion Van was looked at yesterday with a purchase price of $36k. It is a 2010 Black in color with 35,063 miles. The condition of the van was good not great with a sagging headliner faded head and taillights. The trim along the side of the van was separated and loose from the body. The roof paint was cracked from what I assume heat from being exposed to the sun 🌞 during those summer months. The original window sticker back in 2010 when it was sold was $35,840. Their listed price 11 years (2021) later is $36,395 now how is that possible 🤔. The sales manager came out and basically insulted our intelligence by trying to convince us that this price is legit due to add-ons that the van has that is listed on the original sticker. We tried to inform him that the price thats on the original window sticker includes all of the upgrades and features that is listed at that original price. How can you sell something more now then what it cost 11 years ago with age defects which is a validation for depreciation? More
