I had to track him down each time to get answers. On Friday at 3:30 I had to call to be told me car wouldn’t be ready at 5:30. 20 mins later I got a call stating they had to order more parts at a cost of $200. I called the service manager John Berry and he was equally rude. I got nowhere . I’m done with this place and I’d not recommend going here. This is the reason dealerships have a bad reputation. More

DO NOT SELL YOUR CAR to Hendricks. They tried to scam me out of my 2k mile corvette. I put my car for sale on Facebook. Hendrick Chevrolet. Messaged me asking if they could buy it. Offered $3k less than I was asking. But I agreed. And I told other buyers that I’m taking it to the dealership. Hendricks told me they are picking it up. On the day they are to pick it up they said they won’t pickup to bring it in. I drive all the way there. They offered me 5 thousand less Than what they offered 3 days ago. I asked what’s wrong with the car they said it’s perfect. And they don’t want to pay what they said they will. Can’t believe they wasted days of my time. Only to screw me over after I get there. Don’t trust this company at all. Go to carmax At least they won’t jerk your around. More
