We were coming back to the farm from the feed store yesterday when our 2024 Silverado EV threw a code. We were carrying 1000 pounds of cattle feed. . We called Hendricks and the service people advised yesterday when our 2024 Silverado EV threw a code. We were carrying 1000 pounds of cattle feed. . We called Hendricks and the service people advised us to have it towed. We got it there and Jake arranged a loaner for us. That in itself is worth five stars. We are both in our 70s and I am recovering from surgery. Unbeknownst to us, Michael and Craig transferred the half ton of cow feed into the loaner truck. I would have been thrilled to pay $100 or more to get this done. They refused! I wish I could give these people 10 stars. Now that was a Christmas present! More
