I own two GMC vehicles and have used this dealership for service for years. In July of last year we had a warranty claim on my vehicle and the part has been on backorder for 5 months now. No one reaches o service for years. In July of last year we had a warranty claim on my vehicle and the part has been on backorder for 5 months now. No one reaches out, every time I call, I get the same story (still on backorder). I've tried calling the service manager. No one responds. It would be nice if someone cared about the situation. It's a warranty claim after all. The vehicle is defective, it is under warranty and they are not concerned about fixing it. Might consider that when choosing which GMC dealership to purchase your car from and where to get your service. More
